The Austin Prep Alumni Council is a formal organization dedicated to “maintaining the spirit of friendship among members of the Austin General Alumni, promoting the welfare of the school, and establishing mutually beneficial relations between the school and its Alumni.” Michael Barry ‘79 leads as the Council President while Matt Diapella ’98 and Liz Dorrance ’00 round out the Alumni Council Leadership team.

The Alumni Council will play a vital role in the future of Austin. The class councilors, listed on the link to the left, will work to promote even better communication between their class and Austin Prep. Much of their communication is done from home via e-mail, allowing even those alumni living thousands of miles from Austin to serve their class as a Councilor.
