AUGUST
• August 7: Registration deadline for September 12 ACT
• August 21: Late registration deadline for September 12 ACT
SEPTEMBER
• September 1, 2: Registration and orientation for all students.
• September 9: Registration deadline for October 10 SAT and Subject Tests
• September 12: ACT Test
• September 12: Homecoming
• September 18: Registration deadline for October 24 ACT Test
• September 23: Late registration deadline for October 10 SAT and Subject Tests
• September 23: Back to School Night for High School 7-8:30 PM
• Meet with your guidance counselor to review college plans
• Complete the Senior Information Form – Brag Sheet (if you have not already done so)
• Contact two faculty members to write recommendations
• Sign up with Mrs. Mahoney one day in advance to meet with college representatives visiting Austin Prep School
• Complete application requests
• Consider college essay topics
• CSS Profile available on line
• See School Nurse regarding your health record. You will need them to enroll in any college.
o Massachusetts State Colleges and Universities require:

? DtaP/DTP: 1 TD Booster
? MMR: 2 doses Measles, 1 dose Mumps, 1 dose Rubella
