Austin Preparatory School purchases student accident insurance that will help families cover co-pays and some other expenses not covered by their family health insurance for injuries sustained during school activities or athletics including football. Claims must be submitted within 90 days from the date of injury, and the first expense must be incurred within 30 days from the date of injury.

Parents may also purchase individual insurance for their student through ISI Insurance. Homeroom teachers will distribute brochures during homeroom the first week of school. Parents should mail the application directly to the ISI Service Center and may pay them directly with a check, money order or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express). Individual coverage does not go into effect until both the payment and application are received by their Service Center.
